Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
This verse is very popular. It provides all kinds of hope and perseverance for people during good times. People cling to it and it is one of the most quoted verses.
What about now? Right where you are in this time of darkness when you may or may not see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Rest assured this verse is for you exactly where you are everyday of the year: everyday of your life.
While we have trials and hardships, stress, anxiety, grief and anger, God does not intend for our lives to stay there. His plans are for our welfare. They are for our good and the good of those we interact with.
Joyce Meyer’s husband Dave always says “Do your part and cast your care.” Can you do something, even a small something, to alter your situation for the better? Then do it. Take the next right step and give it all to God who is willing and capable to make all things work together for the good.
Yes, you read that correctly. God can make ALL things work together for good of some kind. Keep in mind his plans are always for our good: plans to offer us hope both now and in the long run.
Until Next Time~
Blessings, Kate

The words of Joyce Meyer’s husband are filled with encouragement for our daily faith journey. God blesses us with one clear choice: step into the ways of the Lord and share that you care.
