This is my prayer for you.
Romans 15:13 I pray that the God who gives hope will fill you with much joy and peace while you trust in Him. Then your hope will overflow by the power of the Holy Spirit.
God, and a relationship with God, give hope. Without hope we are lost. Without hope we lose the desire to get up and keep going. With God, we are never without hope. He never leaves us. He fights for us. His love is all encompassing. We can trust Him for “God is not a man, that he should lie.” (Numbers 23:19 NKJV)
Psalms 30:5 NLT reminds us: “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.” We all will have sorrows, frustrations, anger. These emotions will not last forever. Life will go on. As it goes on I pray that God will fill you with much joy and peace. When you trust in Him, He fills you with joy and peace which releases hope to overflow in your life by the power of the Holy Spirit.
How is your level of trust in God?
This devotion is made for people going through difficult times. Have difficult times affected your trust in God? Many people turn their back on God when life gets rough beyond understanding. But I pray this isn’t you. If you have turned your back on God- know that He has not turned His back on you. You are the most loved child of the Most High Living Eternal God. His hope, joy and peace are yours for the receiving. Selah- think on that.
Until Next Time~
Blessings, Kate

We keep facing that in our life, as a disabled couple, knowing God has given peace and joy even in frustrating, puzzling, confused and heartbreaking circumstances. We are yet facing again a crisis about moving from our current apt and into another place. We choose not to fear, even if we cannot see a solution on the horizon.
God knows. Even after my 2008 stroke, when we lost our house, vehicle, and became homeless, We had peace as we trusted God knows.
We lift up all who are suffering, in difficulty, intensely stressful situations; especially those who are God’s children.
