I used to dance last summer in the middle of the night to get me going again half way through the day. It really works!!! I am with you on this.

Hi Kate, When bad moods hit I tend to go to the beach and listen to nature or throw on music and worship. If that doesn’t work, I journal or I eat some tacos. 🙂

I miss the beach so much. I’m with you on all these things…and right now its 1am and I missed dinner so tacos sound excellent!
